• 1 – Document submission
  For forming FZE or FZC
  a – All details and passport of the shareholders/ business owner or business manager

  c – An attested No-Objection Certificate from the local UAE sponsor
  For forming a branch of a company
  1. The parent company’s license copy and certificate of incorporation
  2. A signed and attested copy of the memorandum and articles of association
  3. A board resolution for starting a new branch or subsidiary at the Hamriyah Free Zone. The document needs to have the names of the appointed director as well as the authorized signatory
  4. Signed and attested copy of visa and passport of the business owners/ shareholders/ business manager
